About Us
We chose the Inukshuk to represent novadynamix+. The Inuksuk is an Inuit symbol meaning the “likeness of person”. It is a symbol that embodies the spirit and persistence of the Inuit who live and flourish in one of the world’s harshest environments. Above all, the Inukshuk represents strength, leadership and motivation, the core attributes novadynamix+ brings to you and your organization.
Our team proudly represents a multitude of disciplines in the learning and development space, but individuals who have led large organizations at the executive level as well. The team consists of organizational development strategists, instructional designers, graphic artists, multi-media developers, project managers, and professional facilitators.
The team is led by partners Tracy Nelson and Lee Corbett.
Tracy Nelson
Tracy has over 24 year’s experience in the pharmaceutical environment and has held various Global and USA executive level sales leadership, learning and development, talent management and organizational effectiveness positions.
Tracy has designed, successfully launched and supported the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of multiple selling skills programs within the US and Globally, for major and smaller pharmaceutical companies and organizations.
Commercial sales and leadership development (all levels from emerging leaders through to executive) are her specialties with a strong focus on strategic leadership and coaching excellence at the executive level.
Lee Corbett
Lee brings a wealth of experience to the table in the area of learning and development with over 24 years in the pharmaceutical and medical device space. Lee has held executive-level training, education and organizational development positions throughout his career. Lee has also won industry-specific awards for learning innovation and organizational advancement from organizations such as: Life Sciences Trainers and Educators Network (LTEN) and Chief Learning Officer (CLO). Additionally, from a formal educational perspective, Lee holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Health Sciences Education as well as an Executive Coaching certification.
